Welcome to RYA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from or accessing RYA, you agree to these Terms.
1 Business Information
RYA is a brand operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain. All transactions are governed by Bahraini laws and regulations.
2 Products & Availability
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
3 Orders & Payments
- All orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
- We accept payments via Benefit Pay & debit/credit card.
- Prices are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and include VAT as applicable.
4 Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time within Bahrain is 2–4 business days (unless otherwise stated).
- Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions).
- International shipping is available where specified.
5 Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges apply only to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for used items or personal preference reasons, due to hygiene considerations.
6 Warranty
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
7 Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, content, and images on RYA platforms are owned by RYA and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
8 Limitation of Liability
- RYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be resolved in Bahraini courts.
10 Privacy
At RYA, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. In accordance with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Data Protection and Privacy Law (https://www.pdp.gov.bh), we process and store your information securely and only for purposes related to:
- Order processing and delivery
- Customer support and communication
- Marketing and promotional activities (with your consent)
